Pain
I was experiencing pain in my knee from a previous partial ACL tear. Walking around, especially on stairs, caused painful knee inflammation often causing me to subconsciously avoid walking.
Jeb fit me with new shoes and the pain was gone THAT day. I was skeptical that it would be as easy as that. Turns out my old shoes were collapsing inward and putting strain on my knee. Jeb got me in the right shoes and I'm walking faster and without pain.
